     Express Integrated Technologies, LLC was  established in August of 2000

as ATS/Express, LLC.  Express Integrated Technologies, LLC is an operating unit of parent company CCCG, Inc. which also owns Express Metal Fabricators, Inc. of Locust Grove, Oklahoma. Express Integrated Technologies, LLC provides design and manufacturing of engineered equipment for the power, petrochemical and process industries.

Express Integrated Technologies, LLC’s technical staff represents a wide variety of engineering disciplines, averaging more than 15 years of experience in their fields of  expertise. This strong technical and engineering background makes Express Integrated Technologies, LLC a preferred supplier for a wide range of companies.

Company History

     ATS/Express  was  founded  in  August 2000 when  the parent of Express

Metal Fabricators Inc. bought the operating assets of Applied Thermal Systems, Inc.

Express was founded in 1979 by the Cowan family and has since been a contract fabrication shop for many of the major engineering firms in the petroleum and power industries.

Express is an approved fabricator for most of the major oil companies around the world. Charles Martin founded Applied Thermal Systems (ATS) in 1982.  ATS was involved in the design and engineering of various types of heat transfer equipment including direct fired heaters, waste heat boilers, heat recovery steam generators, thermal oxidizers, etc.  During that time Express Metal Fabricators was the primary fabricator of ATS equipment.

Charles Martin remained active with the new Company until his death in February 2004. Terry Cowan is the President of both ATS/E and Express Metal Fabricators. Even though these companies remain as complete and separate operating units, their common ownership allows them to share resources in a very effective manner. Whether these resources are financial, managerial or invested capital, the strength of both companies is always available to either individual company.

Effective November 30, 2004 became Express Integrated Technologies, to amplify the relationship between the two companies.  Our product focus will remain the design and supply of Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG’s), Once Through Steam Generators (OTSG’s), Simple Cycle Catalyst Systems, Fired and Process Heaters, Waste Heat Boilers and After Market Services.
